A LACILU Wedding Club is a local wedding ecosystem built around the LACILU brand. It is designed to bring couples, bridal fashion, wedding professionals, venues and local businesses together in one destination — combining a physical club environment with a digital marketplace so couples can discover, plan and experience their dream wedding while trusted professionals gain greater visibility and referrals.

We are looking for builders, connectors and local leaders — entrepreneurs, business owners, operators, investors and established wedding or hospitality professionals who understand their local market and want to build something meaningful within the wedding industry. Previous wedding-industry experience is helpful, but it is not mandatory.

No. Wedding-industry experience is helpful but it is not a requirement. LACILU brings the brand, business model, technology, marketing systems and vendor-recruitment frameworks. What a City Partner brings is local market understanding, relationships and the operating commitment to build the club in their city.

Building and launching a local wedding club requires sufficient capitalization to support startup, launch and initial operating requirements. A minimum of $150,000 in liquid assets is the initial qualification threshold. Applicants confirm their available liquid assets during the application process, and final financial qualification requirements are discussed with qualified applicants.

Total investment depends on the market, the location and the format of the club, and final figures are discussed with qualified applicants during the Discovery process. The $150,000 liquid-asset minimum is an initial qualification threshold rather than a quoted total project cost.

We do not promise exclusive territories unless an executed agreement provides exclusivity. Territory scope, protection and any exclusivity terms are addressed as part of the market evaluation and the applicable partnership or licensing agreements.

Timelines vary with the market and the completeness of an application. Applications are reviewed in the order received, and qualified applicants may be invited to a Discovery Conversation with the LACILU team. Exact timing is discussed with qualified applicants.

Yes. Existing wedding businesses, venues and retail operations are welcome to apply. Many applicants consider adding the LACILU Wedding Club model to an established local operation, and the application lets you indicate that intent so the LACILU team can evaluate it alongside your market.

Yes. Investors may apply with an operating partner or with a plan to appoint one. The application includes an involvement question for investor-led structures, and qualified applicants can discuss the structure with the LACILU team during Discovery.

Territory availability is determined through the market evaluation process. The markets shown on this site are examples of markets being evaluated for future LACILU Wedding Club partnerships; appearing on that list does not indicate that a territory is available, awarded, reserved or approved. The best way to find out is to submit an application and propose your market.

Vegas Wedding Club by LACILU opens in Las Vegas in Summer 2027 as the first operating LACILU Wedding Club. Markets added to the network are expected to follow the flagship, and the sequence of openings is determined through the market evaluation process.

LACILU packages the club as a complete operating model — the club format and guest journey, operating playbooks, the digital platform, the marketing engine, vendor recruitment systems, technology and automation, launch support and ongoing development. It is designed so a City Partner can open and run a local club within an established framework rather than building everything from scratch.

LACILU does not publish earnings claims, income projections, return-on-investment figures or financial performance guarantees for any location. Revenue depends on the market, the location, the operating team and execution. Illustrative unit economics and financial qualification requirements are discussed directly with qualified applicants during the Discovery Conversation.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or territory availability.

The LACILU Wedding Club Partner Program is not described here as a franchise. Any partnership, licensing or other formal business structure is subject to qualification, applicable agreements, legal requirements and approval by LACILU.
