When you submit a City Partner application we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, mobile phone number, city, state or province, country, the market you propose to develop, your professional background and experience, your stated investment timeline and intended involvement, your indication of available liquid assets as a range, and your responses about local relationships and property or location access.

We also collect limited technical information associated with a submission, such as the IP address and browser user agent, for security, fraud prevention and record-keeping purposes.

We do not request or collect bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, bank login credentials, tax identifiers or financial documents through the public initial application.

Application information is used to evaluate your application, your proposed market and your qualifications; to determine whether a market fits the LACILU expansion strategy; to contact you about your application and potential partnership opportunities; and to maintain internal records of the evaluation process.

Where you provide consent, we may also use your information to send you updates about LACILU Wedding Clubs and related opportunities.

Applications are stored in a secured database accessible to authorised LACILU personnel and are retained for as long as necessary to evaluate applications and maintain appropriate business records.

Submission notifications may be delivered by email to the LACILU partner team and to the address you provide.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support our website, communications and record-keeping, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted by contacting the LACILU partner team. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time; withdrawing marketing consent does not affect the review of an application you have submitted.

Please do not send bank statements, account numbers, tax documents or other sensitive financial records through the website, by email, or through any channel that has not been specifically designated for that purpose. Final financial qualification requirements are discussed with qualified applicants.
